The Children's Courts are a 'Wheel of Misfortune'

The criminal has more legal standing than a protective parent, and the child has NO legal protections at all.

I believe the system is past redemption – not because it is a failed system, but because it was DESIGNED to do what it does.

How do you fix a three-century-long culture of ‘stealing’ children? The toxic mindset of ‘removals’ amongst many public servants, executives, ministers and commissioners is so deeply entrenched that it has become ‘standard-issue’ for them – i.e., it has been  NORMALIZED. It has become common practice to punish the child (by removing him or her) when a parent is suspected or accused of something that cannot be demonstrated or even proven. It’s reclamation of the Court of Oyer and Terminer of 1692 -- the present-day version of the Salem Witch trials.
